The puzzle bord is a beautiful product and verry useful to make puzzles.
Unfortunately, I ordered 3 puzzle bords in Amazon and the 3 products were badly damaged.
I ordered 2 products direcly on your website and 1 of them have craks on it. It seems that puzzle boards are fragil or not enough protected for the travel.
What a pity for that price not to have a perfect product !

Received as a gift. Out of box 2 nuts for legs were off. And a knob is off one of the drawers. Don't see a way to reattach. Was hoping for a little better product.
Love the board. It's built well only one small nick off one of the drawers nubs. The colored drawers were an awesome idea. The felt hold for the puzzle pieces are really good too.Very pleased buy!

Upon arrival of this product, there were chips on the border of the table and the surface was slanted inward. After using this item for about a week or so, the legs/hinges could not be secured. I was going to return this item but decided to reach out to Customer Service and was able to provide replacement without any hassle. During this entire process, Customer Service/Sarah she kept me up to date on overall status.I received the replacement item today and it was in perfect condition with no defects. Greatly appreciate Sarah's outstanding customer service.I would definitely recommend family and friends to buy any products from this company especially due to their outstanding customer service. I really enjoy having this puzzle table. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the purple drawer (opposite of the handle side) has a magnet glued to it to keep it inside its spot and the magnet has already come off after about it a month. I would suggest instead of a knob on that drawer, more of like an undercut handle to pull out so we can store it vertically when a puzzle isn’t on in. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Wasn’t quite sure about it but it was a hit. She has moved it from the floor to a table to work on puzzles. The stands work great to tilt the puzzle up and the little drawers are perfect for sorting. Place the mat on top when not using it and holds the puzzle in place. The only thing she’s found is the puzzle pieces stick to the mat. Have to be careful removing it.
It would be nice if the wood was finished with stain and finish.
