The puzzle bord is a beautiful product and verry useful to make puzzles.
Unfortunately, I ordered 3 puzzle bords in Amazon and the 3 products were badly damaged.
I ordered 2 products direcly on your website and 1 of them have craks on it. It seems that puzzle boards are fragil or not enough protected for the travel.
What a pity for that price not to have a perfect product !

Received a damaged board which was quickly exchanged, unfortunately the new board was worse! Completely apart. I will try to get it fixed. I can’t figure out if the boards are inspected before being sent or not but very disappointing . Haven’t been able to use it. Fortunately the one I purchased for a gift was not damaged just needed a little nail tacked in
Well built, solid wood puzzle board. The drawers are a nice feature. My wife starting making use of the puzzle board and drawers right away. The order process was easy. Shipping was convenient and fast. The cover on the puzzle board is great. It holds the puzzle in place well.

I'm so happy I purchased this puzzle caddy. The detachable work surface is so convenient. I wasn't sure I would like the folding sorting trays, but they're great and store neatly in the caddy. The quality is great. Highly recommended.

Received as a gift. Out of box 2 nuts for legs were off. And a knob is off one of the drawers. Don't see a way to reattach. Was hoping for a little better product.
