The board is well made, though the edges could stand to be sanded. We work puzzles by forming the boarder first, then working sections outside the puzzle boarder on the perimeter of the table. This means we lift sections and place them inside the boarder. With this puzzle board, lifting and placing are difficult because the work surface is elevated. Also, the felt top of the board prevent puzzle pieces from sliding across the surface. I can see this board working better for Legos or some other activity. Didn't work for us. Still, well made.

The board's raised edges and felt work surface are intentionally designed to keep puzzle pieces secure and prevent sliding — a feature many puzzlers enjoy. That said, we understand how this setup might feel less intuitive for those who prefer assembling sections outside the frame and then placing them into the puzzle. Your perspective highlights an important variation in puzzling style, and it's something we take seriously.

As an avid puzzler and lover of puzzle-themed adventures - I have purchased two (one of each size) and use them weekly! I had a problem with the handle on one of them & after contacting customer service a replacement was sent and I am so delighted to adventure again!! Thank you!!

Bought it for my wife and she loves it. It says that it's for up to 1500 piece puzzles, but her 1500 piece puzzles are considerably smaller than the guidelines on the mat. She could easily use it with 2000 piece puzzles.

The puzzle bord is a beautiful product and verry useful to make puzzles.
Unfortunately, I ordered 3 puzzle bords in Amazon and the 3 products were badly damaged.
I ordered 2 products direcly on your website and 1 of them have craks on it. It seems that puzzle boards are fragil or not enough protected for the travel.
What a pity for that price not to have a perfect product !
